Driving is an essential function of this position, Must not be currently receiving services from PATH or have received services within the past two years
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Employment eligibility verification, CPR/First Aid training, Tuberculosis Test, Background Screening, Drug Test, Reliable transportation, Valid driver’s license, Proof of insurance and ownership for personal vehicles used during work duties, Ability to qualify for PATH's insurance coverage, Authorized to work for any employer in the U. S.
Nice to Have
Three (3) years of experience in healthcare, case management, homeless services or working with vulnerable populations, One (1) year of supervisory experience in homeless services or related social services field
What You'll Do.
Manage program's day-to-day operations
Supervise service delivery staff
Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams
Ensure continuity of care and services
Provide individual and team supervision
Support and performance evaluations for staff
Ensure services emphasize trauma informed care
Respond to emergency calls and situations
and enrollment of clients
Ensure paperwork and data collection is complete
