Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline, Skill in managing programs according to cost, schedule, and quality commitments, Comprehensive knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, Desire and capability to interact effectively with customers to influence, negotiate, assure a level of intimacy and satisfaction, and grow the assigned portfolio, Leadership skills including interpersonal skills and collaboration, writing skills and experience writing program management plans, Familiarity with project planning techniques and fiscal management, Creative problem solving to contribute to continuous growth and improvement, Eligible to work in Canada
Nice to Have
PMP highly desirable, Experience in defence and aerospace programs desirable, Experience working with or familiarity with AI/ML models is preferred

We currently have a Program Management opportunity on our Sonar Systems team within our Air & Naval division in either Halifax or Ottawa. The Program Manager, Sonar Systems will be responsible for the achievement of program milestones and customer interfacing. We are looking for someone who can create and lead multi-discipline teams and be an agile leader. You will foster an environment that empowers their team to translate their vision into successful results and outcomes.
