Must Have
3+ years program or project management experience, 3+ years defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics, Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps), SQL knowledge, Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements, Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams, Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have
3+ years driving end to end delivery, Communicating results to senior leadership, 3+ years driving process improvements, Experience in stakeholder management, Experience building processes, Experience project management, Experience with schedules

Be a network level SME on CMMS
Train local RME Planner
Assist local RME Planner
Support network initiatives
Drive Global standards roll-out
Participate in Global led projects
Drive programs to roll out new CMMS functionality
Drive programs to roll out new CMMS procedures
Drive programs to roll out new CMMS scheduling
Drive programs to roll out new CMMS reports
Monitor standards implementation through reporting
Monitor standards implementation through audits
Analyze forecasting of preventative maintenance routines
Improve forecasting of preventative maintenance routines
Compile equipment information
Compile performance metrics
Compile machine histories
Make recommendations for improvements
Work on cost reduction for spare parts management
Work on cost reduction for equipment maintenance
Work on cost reduction for maintenance routines
Work on process improvement for spare parts management
