3+ years program or project management experience, 3+ years defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics, Knowledge of Excel at advanced level, Knowledge of SQL, Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Drive Global standards roll-out
Participate in Global led projects
Drive programs to roll out new functionality
Drive programs to roll out new procedures
Drive programs to roll out new scheduling
Drive programs to roll out new reports
Monitor standards implementation through reporting
Monitor standards implementation through audits
Analyze forecasting of preventative maintenance routines
Improve forecasting of preventative maintenance routines
Compile equipment information
Compile performance metrics
Compile machine histories
Make recommendations for improvements
Work with Global RME network on cost reduction
Work with Global RME network on process improvement
Work with Global RME initiatives on cost reduction
