This role partners closely with internal product, technology, operations, sales, and client relationship teams, as well as external partners, to ensure predictable delivery, strong governance, and successful client outcomes. **Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) – Jacksonville, FL; Milwaukee, WI; Atlanta, GA ** **What you’ll be doing:** • Own end-to-end delivery across reseller portfolios and programs • Develop and manage integrated program plans, schedules, and dependencies • Partner with reseller stakeholders and internal delivery teams • Drive governance, executive reporting, and financial oversight • Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations • Ensure adherence to FIS PMO standards and contractual commitments • Coach and mentor project managers supporting reseller initiatives **What you bring:** • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 10+ years of project and/or program management experience in fintech or financial services • Experience managing large, client-facing, multi-workstream programs • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision **What we offer you:** A career at FIS is more than just a job.
