About the role Our Central Safety team is responsible for monitoring and preventing risks that could cause real-world harm to users and accounts. In this role, you will oversee safety programs-related KPIs, analyze trends, coordinate prevention strategies for identified risks, and develop safety risk assessments for new projects and product updates. Our goal is to protect Bolt users globally, minimize reputational and safety risks, and support sustainable company growth. Main tasks and responsibilities: Analyze safety risk trends, incidents, and crises to identify emerging risks, uncover root causes, and recommend preventive actions. Collaborate with the Data Science team to validate and refine predictive models, enhancing detection and prevention of safety risks. Develop, maintain, and optimize risk prevention products and processes to protect users and minimize financial and reputational impact. Lead safety programs and coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Local Operations, Customer Support, Public Policy, Marketing, Compliance, and other relevant stakeholders. Provide expert consultation and guidance to ensure safety considerations are embedded across projects and operations. Provide regular visibility into program metrics, initiatives, and progress against strategic goals.
