Amazon's Global Stores (GS) provide customers access to Amazon’s worldwide selection with a localized search and browse experience, convenient local payment options, end-to-end delivery solutions and access to native customer service on the local Amazon marketplace. GS simplifies the cross-border shopping process by clearing customs on the customer’s behalf and by guaranteeing that the customer will not have to pay any additional duties and import fees beyond what is shown at checkout. RBS AGS team shares Global Store (GS)’s vision to empower customers to “Stay Local, Shop Global” with an objective to improve GS customer experience and maximize the revenue potential of GS ASINs by fixing cross-listing, Buyability, discoverability and detail page conversion defects at scale. We are looking for a detail-oriented and visionary candidate to join us as program manager to improve crossborder shopping customer experience. Roles and Responsibility: You will be responsible for a large WW program, which is critical for ensuring GS customers can make informed buying decision based on information on detail page. Our north star is to provide complete, localized, consistent and accurate information of GS ASINs for customers to make buying decisions. . You will interact directly with Amazon internal customers around the globe, as well as global functional team to define top business problems, program roadmap, identify new opportunities, drive improvements through influencing upstream teams' roadmap and leading internal team on solution building. Key Performance Areas: - Program plan and delivery management independently in a dynamic environment - Influence stakeholders and drive alignment on program priorities, goals and roadmap - Identify new opportunities to initiate sub-programs - Influence upstream teams' priorities and roadmap - Make trade-off decisions
