We seek a Program Manager to join our Price Operations Execution Team supporting Whole Foods Market stores. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of Point of Sale (POS) promotion programs to ensure customers receive accurate discounts and promotional pricing across all stores. Key job responsibilities • Lead end-to-end program management for complex Point of Sale promotion initiatives across Whole Foods Market stores. • Drive cross-functional coordination between merchandising, marketing, technology, and store operations teams to implement pricing strategies. • Manage promotion calendars, timelines, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery of promotional campaigns. • Establish and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate promotion effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. • Develop and maintain program documentation, standard operating procedures, and best practices. • Identify and mitigate risks related to promotion execution, escalating issues as needed. • Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex POS promotion execution issues impacting multiple stores or systems. • Partner with technical teams to drive system enhancements and process improvements. • Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at various levels.
