Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, 8+ years of experience in program management, technical sales, solutions engineering, or related roles within SaaS or cloud-based environments, Proven experience managing cross-functional programs with revenue impact, Understanding of SaaS sales cycles, enterprise account strategy, and customer success principles, Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems, Familiarity with cloud technologies, data platforms, analytics, or AI/ML, Executive communication and stakeholder management skills
