Join us.   Role Summary Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Pipeline Management, Program Manager (IC) to own early stage project governance, project controls, and reporting across the development portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of development origination, financial controls, and operational discipline, ensuring that opportunities are rigorously evaluated, consistently tracked, and advanced through the development lifecycle with clear accountability and data integrity. The role combines project controls expertise with pipeline and portfolio management, supporting both near-term investment decisions and long-range strategic planning. The successful candidate will work closely with Site Development, Energy & Water, Permitting & Compliance, Economic Development & Governmental Affairs, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to enable disciplined growth across Rowan’s portfolio. Travel: Ability to travel up to 30% for project site visits and company gatherings.
