What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: data center or network capacity planning, data center or network infrastructure program/project management, or related technical fields, Experience building and analyzing costenefit scenarios and business cases, and communicating results across the organization, Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments with high ambiguity, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Experience with financial modeling, vendor management, and global supply chain strategies
What You'll Do.
Serve as project controls owner for early-stage data center opportunities
and manage project budgets in Procore
Monitor cost assumptions and variances as opportunities mature
Own early-stage project management for Development-originated opportunities
and enforce service-level agreements (SLAs)
Own lead-stage reporting
including creation and monitoring of pipeline KPIs

Role Summary Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Pipeline Management, Program Manager (IC) to own early stage project governance, project controls, and reporting across the development portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of development origination, financial controls, and operational discipline, ensuring that opportunities are rigorously evaluated, consistently tracked, and advanced through the development lifecycle with clear accountability and data integrity. The role combines project controls expertise with pipeline and portfolio management, supporting both near-term investment decisions and long-range strategic planning. The successful candidate will work closely with Site Development, Energy & Water, Permitting & Compliance, Economic Development & Governmental Affairs, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to enable disciplined growth across Rowan’s portfolio. Travel: Ability to travel up to 30% for project site visits and company gatherings.
