This is a high-visibility role reporting directly to the VP of PgMO — you will own strategic programs end-to-end, partner with senior leaders across the business, and produce executive-level communications that reach the CEO and Board. The right person is an experienced, self-directed program leader with strong executive presence and a track record of driving large-scale change across global organizations. Key responsibilities * Lead complex, cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery — owning scope, milestones, risks, and stakeholder alignment * Drive structured change management across global initiatives — from stakeholder engagement and communications to adoption tracking * Prepare and deliver executive-quality program reporting and presentations for senior leadership including ELT, CEO, and Board audiences * Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior leaders across regions — influencing without authority and driving accountability *
