About the team The Risk PMO team supports Stripe’s mission by protecting Stripe’s revenue and driving the cross-functional strategy for Company-level and Org-level OKRs. We are builders and operators leading complex, global initiatives from incubation to full cycle program management. The problems we work on have often never been worked on before and we frequently build 0 → 1 solutions. We do this through a combination of rigorous thinking, strategic alignment, and a user-first approach to solving problems across teams at Stripe. As we rapidly grow our company and customer-base, we need ‘full stack’ program management experts with global program experience who easily flex between: PMO responsibilities coordinating across a number of cross-functional team members across global teams Running the full breadth of building and operationalizing incubation programs from hypothesis, design, build, and change management Communicating with our users and internal teams and building strong relationships across GTM As an enablement function, we work with many stakeholders including Operations, Product, Eng, GTM, and others.
