ABOUT THE ROLE As the Program Manager, Operations, you will drive cross-functional project execution across the Operations organization, ensuring alignment, visibility, and on-time delivery of key initiatives. This role operates horizontally across One Pass internal teams — including client implementation, eligibility, call center, network operations, Product, and Technology — as well as external partners and customers to coordinate work, manage dependencies, and keep priorities moving forward. You will serve as the central owner for complex, cross-functional initiatives, including initiatives driven by external partners and key clients, bringing structure, accountability, and proactive risk management to ensure successful outcomes. In addition, you will bring a strong analytical lens to the role—leveraging data, performance insights, and operational metrics to inform decisions, identify risks, and improve execution across workstreams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT - Lead end-to-end project management for operational initiatives from intake through execution and delivery - Coordinate across Operations, Product, Technology, Network, Finance and external stakeholders to align on scope, timelines, and deliverables - Develop and maintain project plans, trackers, and timelines to manage milestones, dependencies, and ownership - Drive accountability across teams to ensure work progresses as expected and deadlines are met EXTERNAL PARTNER & CLIENT INITIATIVES - Take point on managing init
