About the role The main objective of this position is to lead programs within the Efficiency domain to drive operational efficiency and operations risk management in Rides repetitive operations. This individual has a strong understanding of process design, leverages program management, fosters collaboration across functions and leads programs to achieve their goals while maintaining operational efficiency and process/data integrity. They are responsible for developing and managing program plans, mitigating risks, adapting to changing circumstances and ensuring measurable results. Main tasks and responsibilities: Leading the Hub Management program to ensure the cost efficiency and structured lifecycle management of hubs dedicated to supporting our partner drivers. Ensure processes and tooling are built or sourced to support data and process integrity and automations. Leading the Automated Access Management program to ensure all in-house employees and outsourced agents operating within the Rides vertical have automated access to the tooling and databases required for their daily work while ensuring the risks and regulatory requirements around accesses are managed. Leading the discovery of and manage other programs to standardise operational processes and build relevant tooling to ensure the speed, quality and cost efficiency of the operational workflows in the Rides vertical.
