The Community You Will Join: Airbnb’s public policy team aims to work closely with politicians, regulators, and legislators to educate them about Airbnb and the “sharing” or “collaborative” economy, highlight the significant social and economic impact our business has on local areas, and showcase best practices from around the world. We want policy makers to understand the regulatory challenges that affect our host community and find solutions that are good for cities and our thriving local communities. We structure our work in local campaign groups, drawing on a wide range of tools and campaign disciplines - from detailed policy work, through high-impact partnerships, proactive media relations, community organizing, digital platforms and content, polling, and innovative data science and research. The Difference You Will Make: The Program Manager will support the priorities of the US & Canada Campaigns Director as they execute strategy and initiatives in coordination with global and regional campaigns and cross functional partners. A Typical Day: Partner with the US & Canada Campaign Director to drive strategy and analysis presentations, own deliverable tracking, and lead measurement and reporting of the priorities of the US & Canada policy team Own the development and implementation of policy programs ensuring consistency and continuous improvement across all regions of the team Drive clear lines of communication between local campaign teams and global leadership, proactively surfacing risks and opportunities Collaborate with each campaign region to deliver regular reporting and tracking (e. g. weekly reports,
