Full Job Description

Network Losses (NL) Organization exists to reduce and control operationally controllable defects that results into financial loss to the company presented in inventory overwrite or customer concessions. NL AM -Network losses Area Manager- will be responsible for reducing operations defects leading to network losses. NL AM will work closely & daily with field operations, security and loss prevention, legal, vendor management teams with to make sure process defects leading to losses are eliminated and reflected into goodness is reflected at weekly loss figures. Key job responsibilities Accountable for achieving the overarching Network Losses (NL) metrics targets through: 1) Collaborating with operational stakeholders to align new input metrics. 2) Daily tracking of input metrics, actively engaging with operations to implement fixes and enhance these metrics. 3) Identifying and addressing new operational defects, implementing effective countermeasures. 4) Identifying and highlighting structural challenges to drive the NL charter forward. 5) Drive NL Weekly business review. 6) Daily useage of SQL to generate business insights Basic Qualifications: - 1+ years of employee and performance management experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts - Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence - 6+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience - Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Preferred Qualifications: - 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience - Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
