Nice to Have
Postgraduate qualification in Project/Program Management, Business, or related field, Program/project management certification (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent), Demonstrated experience working with government authorities, regulators, and local communities in Latin America, Prior experience operating in Central America, Familiarity with ESG frameworks, social performance standards, and community development programs, Experience interacting with public-sector counterparts and multilateral institutions
