Must Have

3–6+ years of experience in program/project management within medical communications, pharma, or healthcare-related industries, Demonstrated experience managing live and virtual events, including advisory boards, symposia, or similar engagements, experience managing timelines, budgets, and multiple workstreams simultaneously, Experience working with cross-functional teams (medical, strategy, creative, accounts), Client-facing experience with communication and relationship management skills, Knowledge of MLR processes and compliance requirements in pharma, Ability to manage vendors, venues, and logistics for complex programs, Experience supporting congress planning, symposiums, or large-scale HCP events, Experience with financial tracking tools, forecasting, and revenue management, Exposure to multiple therapeutic areas or high-science content environments
