**** **ROLE SUMMARY** The Program Manager, Medical Communications and Content Solutions, Category Team within the Global Medical Communications and Content Solutions (MCCS) team in the Global & US Medical Communications and Content (MCC) Organization is responsible for developing and reviewing, global medical content end-to-end within a specific therapeutic area (Internal Medicine/ Specialty Care/ Vaccines/ Oncology), including abstracts, manuscripts, congress posters/presentations, graphical abstracts, systematic literature reviews, plain language summaries, slide decks, medical education resources, social media, infographics, video, multi-media and other types of external-facing medical content. **ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES** * The Program Manager, will develop and review all relevant medical affairs content, including abstracts, manuscripts, congress posters/presentations, graphical abstracts, systematic literature reviews, plain language summaries, slide decks, medical education resources, social media, infographics, video, multi-media and other types of external-facing medical content for an assigned area/product. * Independent writing and development of drafts including researching, organizing, compiling, interpreting and quality check of various types of technical and/or medical information with limited support from internal reviewers. * Review of drafts includes checking content pieces developed by other team members for clarity, perspective, accuracy, appropriateness for target audience, and overall quality, in line with all applicable guidelines and internal checklists. * Train other team members in processes, and overall writing to ensure adherence to quality standards. * Serve as a functional expert for the product (within the therapeutic area) and support junior team members to enhance familiarity with product specific communication requirements. * Provide solutions to authors for projects and collaborate with other teams to drive these solutions (Graphics,
