What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Five (5) years or more related experience in Project Management required, Bachelor's degree required Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or minimum of 8 years relevant work experience
Nice to Have
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Project Management experience and certification preferred, Startup warehouse operations leadership, knowledge, and experience in large DC 's is preferred to support startup operations
What You'll Do.
Supports business start-ups for medium to large sized programs
Manages assigned projects using program management methodologies and techniques in accordance with established standards
Interacts with customers and internal functional support teams to ensure results are achieved
Develops implementation strategy to meet customer expectations
Develops and manages plans to include scope
communications and risks
Coordinates the identification of certification to begin live operations criteria
Monitors post implementation customer expectations and standards
Interacts with multiple levels including Sr. Management within Ryder and client organizations
Contributes to the completion of organizational projects and goals
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of identifiable factors

Team & Collaboration
assembling, coordinating, and managing multidisciplinary technical review teams made up of professional staff from various departments and functions; Interacts with customers and internal functional support teams to ensure results are achieved; Interacts with multiple levels including Sr. Management within Ryder and client organizations; Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors); Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
