Must Have
5–8+ years of program management or L&D experience, project management, relationship-building, and organizational skills, Experience working with internal and external leadership development programs, Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders, Data-driven mindset with experience measuring program impact
Nice to Have
Previous mentorship/coaching experience preferred, Demonstrates accountability and creative problem-solving skills

Team & Collaboration
Partner with HR leadership to define program strategy aligned to organizational priorities and overall talent strategy; Partner with senior leaders and HR to identify capability needs; Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (facilitators, designers, vendors)
