Full Job Description
The Program Manager, UTR-AG Launch Specialist leads the planning, coordination, and execution of Advanced Grading (AG) launches across the ReLo network, serving as the subject matter expert for AG activities from site readiness through go-live. This role partners closely with site operations, PM, product, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive consistent AG implementation, ensuring alignment with program standards and operational goals. The PM develops and maintains launch playbooks, tracks milestones, and proactively identifies and mitigates risks to keep AG rollouts on schedule and within scope. This role also supports continuous improvement efforts by capturing site-level learnings, standardizing best practices, and scaling successful AG models across the network. As a trusted partner to ReLo site teams, the UTR-AG Launch Specialist reduces complexity, enables smooth transitions, and ensures sites are fully equipped to sustain AG operations post-launch. Key job responsibilities 1. Own end-to-end Advanced Grading launch activities across ReLo sites, managing timelines, milestones, and site readiness through go-live. 2. Partner with site ops, PMO, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth AG rollouts aligned with program and operational goals. 3.Develop and update AG launch SOPs and playbooks, standardizing best practices across the ReLo network. 4. Identify and escalate risks early, driving timely resolution to keep launches on track. 5. Track site performance post-launch, drive continuous improvement, and serve as the AG subject matter expert across the network.
