Responsible for Delegation Oversight
Support Quality Improvement Committee
Lead Member Experience Analysis
Assess and interpret performance data
Translate findings into reports

Drive cross-functional coordination across quality, utilization management, credentialing, population health, provider network, and other operational departments; Maintain clear accountability boundaries across cross-functional teams; Escalate decisions and risks through appropriate channels
