This team focuses on driving operational excellence, process improvements and optimization for our infra program managers. As a Delivery Ops PM Intern, you will drive process improvement initiatives such as mechanism reviews, building reporting/dashboards and drafting project proposals to optimize our core tools/systems including engaging with our customers to understand their painpoints.
