As we merge MasterBrand and American Woodmark, the Integration Management Office (IMO) is accountable for ensuring operations integrate seamlessly and the new company meets value-creating commitments. The Program Manager will play a key role in coordinating, monitoring and driving the execution of our integration priorities across all workstreams, ensuring delivery of synergy savings and execution that meets or exceeds quality, delivery and productivity expectations. This role will lead program-level management of integration—aligning milestones, connecting workstreams, and developing strong execution practices across the team. The Program Manager will partner closely with workstream leaders and project managers to ensure clear accountability, proactive problem solving, and consistent delivery on our commitments.
