What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Five to seven years of direct security, fire or HVAC programs experience, PMI methodologies experience required, Skills in presentations, reporting, and effective risk management/decision making and problem-solving skills, Proven experience configuring and managing CRM systems such as Salesforce, PowerBi, etc.
Nice to Have
ASIS CCP, PMI, PMP, or other equivalent certifications desired, Smartsheet experience desired
What You'll Do.
E2E management of contracts
Service and deployment of corporate efficiencies in support of strategic account clients
and monitoring all program activities
Ensuring contractual and corporate compliance of work performed
Providing leadership to train and direct multi-disciplined technical and administrative personnel
Serving as the primary customer interface
Negotiating with customers
Identifying and pursuing new opportunities for contract revenue growth
Manages/directs proposal efforts for program growth or new opportunities
Leading work teams in a continuous improvement environment

Providing leadership to train and direct multi-disciplined technical and administrative personnel (including subcontractors) to resolve engineering, administrative and field issues; Coach and mentor technical and project team members; Leading work teams in a continuous improvement environment
