Full Job Description
The International Security and Loss Prevention (INTL SLP) team is seeking a Program Manager – Reverse Logistics (ReLo) to lead and scale security solutions across international regions (EMEA, AMET, LATAM, and APAC). The INTL SLP team partners with Operations and businesses to design mechanisms, standards, and policies that mitigate security risks and strengthen the End-to-End Secure Network (E2ESN). In this role, you will build and oversee multiple initiatives within the ReLo vertical—addressing vulnerabilities across customer returns, the reverse supply chain, vendor returns, damages, and liquidation flows. You will drive the development of standardized processes, scalable solutions, fraud/theft detection metrics, and escalation paths to improve both security and customer experience. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments. You bring strong program management expertise, organizational excellence, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering results. Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—are critical to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across regions.
