Full Job Description
Program Manager Join our India Packaging team to drive transformative initiatives in Package Zero charter. In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives focused on cost reduction, carbon footprint reduction to attain 2040 climat pledgethrough data-driven decision making. You will develop and implement packaging recommendations using analytical deep thinking to ensure zero defects while maintaining strong governance mechanisms across the supply chain. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll manage and lead strategic roadmaps from 3-year planning to full execution, and collaborate with leadership to drive structural improvements across the package zero program. Key job responsibilities Manage and prioritize packge zero programs that impact multiple organizations, leading cross-functional teams to deliver measurable cost reductions and operational improvements Develop data-driven recommendations for packaging configurations, to conduct dive deep on packge zero defects through analytical deep thinking and rigorous quality standards Build and maintain strong goverance mechanism alongwith understanding on impact on Cx and surface insights, track metrics, and enable data-driven decision making across packaging operations. Lead the USI charter for Package zero intergation alongwith monitoring, correcting and governance. Partner with stakeholders across supply chain, finance, and leadership to drive investments and strategic decisions that positively impact packaging P&L and sustainability goals A day in the life Your day begins reviewing key performance indicators across package zero identifying opportunities for improvement. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance projects, balancing Cx and cost requirements with business priorities. Throughout the day, you'll analyze data and brong insights to scale the program YoY to inform strategic decisions, participate in stakeholder meetings to align on initiatives, and drive execution of ongoing projects.
