Full Job Description

We are seeking an innovative, entrepreneurial Program Manager to lead design and implementation of international expansion infrastructure for Selling Partner Experience. In this role, you will partner with internal teams to deliver and interpret metrics that improve the Global experience of our 2M Selling partners worldwide. You'll lead the worldwide roll out to enable seamless international expansion for Sellers across Amazon's worldwide stores. Collective work across the program addresses key Seller pain points, transforming a historically fragmented, complex process into a cohesive global selling experience for Sellers while delivering broader selection and better value for customers. Your expertise in program management and data analysis will be crucial as you work across teams to define and measure global success for all Amazon-built Seller experiences. This position requires someone who can think strategically, execute with precision, and build strong partnerships across the organization to drive improvements that make a real difference for our global Selling partners. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter that can work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment; have great bias for action; be deeply customer-centric; along with the ability to have a little bit of fun.
