MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE Employer: AMAZON WEB SERVICES, INC. Offered Position: Program Manager III Job Location: Seattle, Washington Job Number: AMZ9442091 Position Responsibilities: Providing scale, transparency, and ownership to customer investments within the AWS Business. Facilitating onboarding and support for platform users, comprehensive understanding of AWS Business, leveraging analytics, and taking on expanded program management responsibilities such as owning processes to maximize operational efficiency, interfacing with SMGS teams for cross-organizational initiatives, driving annual planning, generating weekly status reports, and developing models with Finance to measure Free Cash Flow (FCF). Performing first-line user support, resolving program issues, monitoring queues, data analysis, escalating complex issues, providing weekly metrics, leading office hours, updating documentation and web content, and sending weekly reports to stakeholder groups. Position Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master’s degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) creating and implementing product roadmap feature launches (release management); (2) Process optimization (business operations processes or sales operations processes); (3) Working with relational databases, data warehouses, and SQL; (4) End user support through launch stabilization and implementation of frameworks.
