Key job responsibilities • Drive analytical program delivery across TSE Ops Programs, coordinating cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational excellence and customer experience. • Lead process standardization and improvement initiatives aligned to business goals, utilizing data-driven methodologies and promoting continuous improvement across all organizational levels. • Analyze operational risks, friction points, and performance gaps to develop scalable, prevention-focused solutions. • Champion AI-first initiatives by leveraging GenAI capabilities to accelerate insights generation, automate reporting workflows, and enhance decision speed. • Program manage roadmap development, risk mitigation strategies, and automation opportunities in collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Partner with Business Intelligence Engineers and Product teams to support data and metrics readiness for tools convergence projects • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, delivering insights and progress reports to leadership on a frequent basis.
