We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and transform quality processes for our third-party logistics (3PL) fulfillment center operations in China. This strategic role will be based in the US and requires a leader who can bridge operational gaps between US quality standards and Chinese 3PL execution. The ideal candidate will manage a comprehensive quality ecosystem encompassing ICQA operations, exception handling, and accuracy metrics while navigating the complexities of cross-border operations. As the primary quality leader for our Chinese FC operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing scalable quality programs that align with our global standards while accounting for local operational nuances. This role requires a deep understanding of both technical quality metrics and the human elements of quality management across cultures. You will serve as the key liaison between US leadership and Chinese 3PL partners, ensuring clear communication of quality expectations, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives.
