Amazon Advantage is a consignment program that enables publishers, authors, musicians, filmmakers, studios, and other media content creators to list their physical products on Amazon and reach millions of customers globally. As a Program Manager for Vendor Success, you will be responsible for tracking and improving the satisfaction and support experience for the selling partners in our Advantage program. We're seeking an experienced Program Manager II to drive improvements to the vendor experience within Amazon's Advantage program through data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and direct partner engagement. The position combines analytical capabilities with program management to monitor vendor health metrics, identify systemic pain points across the vendor lifecycle and translate findings into process improvements and product enhancements. Success in this role requires close partnership with supply chain, operations, Selling Partner Support, product, and vendor operations teams to deliver measurable improvements to the Advantage seller experience.
