Key job responsibilities The Sr Program Manager will have a proven track record of developing and implementing complex programs - from idea to launch - in partnership with cross-functional teams. You will own and drive initiatives to continually improve the recruiting lifecycle. You will define timelines and communicate on status, risks, and process changes. You will need to thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced, dynamic business environment, operating in all levels of the organization. You should be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity and fast pace and relish the idea of solving hard problems. This position requires analytical strength, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to synthesize moving parts and drive the business forward. The role demands a strong sense of urgency, the ability to influence and make sound judgement calls, and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
