As part of the program management team for Amazon Now, this role sits at the center of one of the company’s highest-priority, fast-scaling businesses. We are looking for a highly driven Program Manager who thrives in ambiguity, operates with exceptional discipline, and brings strong analytical and communication skills to drive critical initiatives. You will work directly with senior leadership, owning high-impact programs that cut across supply chain, operations, category, and product teams. This role requires the ability to influence without formal authority, manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure rigorous execution in a dynamic, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate is deeply organized, detail-oriented, and capable of structuring complex problems into clear, actionable insights. Top notch written communication and strong analytics skills are essential, as this role will involve frequent synthesis of data into leadership-ready narratives and decision-making inputs.
