This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed. Partner teams own the strategy, recruiting, development, and growth of our key technology and consulting partners. Together they provide our customers with the expertise and scale needed to build innovative solutions for their most complex challenges. Our vision in the Applied AI Solutions Go-To-Market team is to be a leading provider of AI and Agentic business applications, leveraging Amazon's unique experience and expertise, used by millions of companies around the world to manage their day-to-day operations. Our mission is to accelerate our customers' businesses by delivering intuitive and differentiated technology solutions that solve enduring business challenges. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the GTM Acceleration team within Applied AI Solutions. This role is the PM for everything across the team — you will own the rhythm of business, drive accountability across all deliverables, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure the team operates at peak effectiveness. This is not a traditional program management role. We expect you to leverage AI tools daily to streamline your work, automate repetitive tasks, and multiply your impact. You will also serve as a key writing contributor — drafting communications, authoring the GTM Acceleration Monthly Update, and helping leadership look around corners. Additionally, you will perform executive assistant-type functions for the team leader, including scheduling, event planning, and proactive coordination.
