3+ years of project/program management experience, 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams, 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics, Experience defining program requirements, Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, Speak, write, and read English in business level, Speak, write, and read Japanese in business level, Experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level
