We are seeking an experienced Program manager driving the development and readiness of our business operations for service initiating and evolving. It requires to identify gaps, develop programs, landing services, as well as executing against our business strategic priorities. This role is also responsible for improving productivity of business operations, ensuring customer facing teams have knowledge of available resources and curriculum necessary to effectively support our customers. The successful candidate will combine solid understanding of business insights and process knowledge with the ability to synthesize priorities and corporate resources into a comprehensive enablement plan. Key job responsibilities • Manage 3PL Performance: Drive Logistics service provider (3PL) performance through pre-defined mechanisms to track and investigate exceptions, implement corrective actions, and standardize processes to ensure sustainable, data-driven results. • Perform detailed needs assessments in coordination with the Seller Operations, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering.
