Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field, Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, formulae, and data visualization, Experience working cross functionally across several teams
Nice to Have
Experience in program or project management, Experience in transportation or supply chain, Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, Knowledge of process improvement, ideally including Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma, Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams

Are you passionate about global logistics and solving complex supply chain challenges? As a Program Manager on the Global Mile Imports team, you will support the execution of cross-functional programs that move freight from global manufacturing hubs into Amazon's international marketplaces. You will coordinate across internal teams and external partners to help ensure timely, cost-effective delivery for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) sellers and retail direct import vendors. In this role, you will track program milestones, analyze operational data, and help resolve issues that impact our import supply chain. You will work closely with senior program managers and cross-functional stakeholders to support vendor and third-party partner operations — building your expertise in global logistics while delivering results for our customers. Key job responsibilities - Coordinate and track cross-functional program activities, ensuring milestones are met on time - Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to identify trends and support program improvements - Assist in resolving operational issues by working with internal teams and external partners - Communicate program status, risks, and updates to your manager and team stakeholders - Support the development and documentation of standard operating procedures and process improvements A day in the life You will start your day reviewing program dashboards and metrics to identify any operational issues across import shipments. You will join cross-functional syncs with carrier management, vendor operations, and logistics partners to coordinate on in-flight programs. Throughout the day, you will update trackers, follow up on action items, and flag risks to your manager. You will have the opportunity to dive deep into data and contribute ideas for process improvements — all while learning the end-to-end mechanics of Amazon's global import network.
