What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years’ related experience in program or project management
Nice to Have
Master's degree, Experience in coaching or mentoring students, Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and attention to detail, Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work independently, Proven ability to work with diverse international communities, Ability to work with diverse stakeholders to achieve shared goals, Proven ability to manage a budget
What You'll Do.
Oversee the fellowship portfolio
and deliver co-curricular programs
Track student progress
Coach graduate students one-on-one each semester
Create individualized learning plans
Develop core leadership competencies
Facilitate cohort sessions
Support fellows in planning and leading an annual field experience
Partner in designing and evaluating outcomes
Propose innovative programs
Strategize ways to build community within and across fellowships
Manage operational tasks and budgets responsibly
and selection process for the cohort
Partner with HKS admissions to identify and target outreach to recruit promising students
Serve as an internal point of contact for prospective Harvard students
Support the Engagement team to cultivate alumni relations and donor engagement
Participate in cohort-level alumni activities
Connect fellowship alumni to current fellows as mentors and informal supports
Promote the learning and growth of staff and students through ethical
culturally proficient
and collaborative practice
Demonstrate capacity to reflect and improve one’s own practice
and develop approaches to improve teaching and learning
Communicate professionally and work collaboratively with all stakeholders and colleagues
Give and receive actionable feedback to inform program growth and development
Actively pursue professional development to improve the quality of practice or build the expertise and experience to assume different instructional and leadership roles
Adhere to all Harvard and CPL administrative policies
Contribute to cross-fellow programming design and implementation
