Lead the gALPHA and gBETA St.

Thomas accelerator programs., Recruit and select companies., Execute programming tailored to entrepreneurs building companies across any stage, industry or business model, with a focus on founders who are students or alumni of the University of St.

Thomas., Coach startups and create networks and introductions for two annual accelerator cohorts., Continue to work with accelerator alumni., Recruit and hold office hours with startups., Actively participate in the University of St.

Thomas startup community, building relationships with stakeholders, mentors and investors., Own the day-to-day logistics and operations of the gBETA and gALPHA programs end-to-end., Manage the operational components of founder recruitment, interview and sourcing., Engage mentors., Coordinate weekly programming such as 1: 1 startup meetings, Lunch., Actively participate in the startup ecosystem by attending events and building relationships., Represent gener8tor, the University of St.

With a strong track record of supporting high-growth companies, gener8tor has expanded across the U. S. and internationally, building partnerships with governments, corporations, universities and economic development organizations to drive entrepreneurship and economic impact. gener8tor operates accelerators across 50 cities, 32 states and 9 countries, working with more than 300 startups per year.
