Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead end-to-end program management for fulfillment center buildouts, relocations, and greenfield launches from planning through go-live execution. Own coordination and delivery of automation deployments, including goods-to-person systems, conveyor/sortation, and WMS integrations with internal and external partners. Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and success metrics while ensuring accountability across all workstreams. Partner with Operations, IT, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Real Estate teams to align objectives and ensure seamless execution of complex initiatives. Manage vendor relationships across construction, automation, and equipment providers, ensuring delivery against contractual commitments and performance expectations. Develop and maintain financial and operational models supporting facility design decisions, including labor planning, capacity, and volume forecasting. Identify risks proactively, escalate issues with clear mitigation options, and conduct post-launch performance reviews to inform continuous improvement. Requirements: 3+ years of program or project management experience in supply chain, fulfillment operations, warehousing, logistics, or distribution environments. Experience managing large-scale capital projects ($5M+) including vendor contracts, procurement, and cross-functional execution. Strong ability to lead complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders across Operations, IT, Finance, and external partners. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with fulfillment center operations, warehouse systems, or automation projects is highly preferred. Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, or equivalent) is a plus.
