What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BS / BA in Marketing, Management, or Business, 4–6 years of relevant experience in operations, supply chain, print, fulfillment, or related environments with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end processes, working knowledge of SAP, including inventory management, order processing, purchase orders (Ariba), and IDOC ability to act as a system SME, Proven experience with financial management, including budget development, tracking, forecasting, and cost control, Experience leveraging reporting and analytics tools (e. g. , Cognos, SAP, vendor systems) to drive insights, forecasting accuracy, and decision-making, Demonstrated ability to manage inventory and fulfillment operations across multiple channels, ensuring accuracy and on-time performance, process orientation with a track record of identifying and implementing efficiency improvements and cost savings, Experience collaborating cross-functionally with vendors and internal stakeholders (e. g. , Marketing, Sales, Regulatory) to drive execution and resolve issues, Proven ability to translate business strategies into operational plans, with clear ownership and accountability for results, Experience developing and managing annual work plans, budgets, and performance metrics, consistently delivering against targets, Excellent planning, organization, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do.
Lead day-to-day activities for development

Ensure supply partners understand strategic initiatives and deliver consistent messages
Develop sampling programs meeting business objectives
Develop Brand promotional program calendar and communication plans
Develop and manage program budgets
Develop communication systems aligning AN personnel and external supply partners
Participate in Brand planning process
Establish annual work plans for key suppliers
Manage day-to-day activities for external supply partners
Track established success metrics for program evaluation
Ensure promotional programs meet objectives
Manage systems for cataloging/archiving programs and materials
Own financial management activities
including procurement
Serve as SAP subject matter expert
leading IDOC resolution
Lead reporting and analytics
including forecasting and inventory management
Oversee warehouse management operations across distribution channels
and performance across operational data
Drive continuous improvement in financial controls
