Full Job Description

Amazon Business is reinventing B2B procurement for organizations of every size, from small offices to the largest enterprises, public sector agencies, and educational institutions. Amazon Business Japan is one of the fastest growing businesses within the Japan Store and a recognized growth pillar for the long-term ambitions of the business. We are launching a new strategic growth initiative that explores how a fully integrated customer experience — spanning awareness, sales engagement, and core flywheel inputs such as selection, pricing, availability, and delivery — can accelerate B2B growth when applied in a concentrated way. The goal is to learn what moves the needle, build repeatable playbooks, and inform how we invest at scale. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead this initiative end-to-end. This is a high-visibility role with significant leadership exposure. You will shape the program strategy, turn the current blueprint into an actionable plan, drive execution across marketing, sales, retail, third-party, operations, delivery, and technology partner teams, and report progress to senior leadership on a regular cadence. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will define what excellent looks like for our customers, establish the measurement approach that separates signal from noise, and personally drive resolution on the most critical unblockers. You will own the narrative of what we learn and influence how the learnings are scaled.
