Full Job Description
FOAA PMO drives scale and productivity for FOAA by optimizing and automating processes. The key inputs driven by the team are i) Driving large scale automation programs by partnering with Amazon Tech teams, Accounting, Finance Operations (FinOps) and FOAA users, ii) Accelerating business process re-engineering and lean six sigma culture in FOAA to transform FOAA processes by driving efficiencies and controllership and iii) Streamlining FOAA engagement with external teams to ensure project and change management initiatives are optimized for FOAA Key job responsibilities In this role, you will work on global business strategic projects to define and create brand new processes, ensure their adherence to the high controllership standards of the company and oversee their implementation and adoption over time. You will work with exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people who believe partnership is critical to customer success. You will have opportunities to solve significant business problems through process re-engineering and innovative technology. You will also develop and drive transformational financial initiatives along with a cross-functional team of senior financial analysts, business intelligence engineers, and process/project managers. This is a chance to work hard driving financial transformation activities across FOAA’s three shared service centers in Costa Rica, China and India. Base pay for this position starts from EUR 2.500+ gross per month and salary depends on the skills and requirements, there will be further pay components such as a sign on bonus and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA.
