What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field., Minimum 7 years of program management experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated manufacturing environments., understanding of FDA cGMP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing requirements., Experience with quality management systems and compliance frameworks, Knowledge of facilities management, maintenance operations, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes., Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and service provider contracts, Experience developing and implementing SOPs, training programs, and quality documentation., Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interface at all organizational levels., Experience managing client relationships in pharmaceutical or regulated industries, Proven ability to present complex information to executive leadership and regulatory personnel., Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data and metrics
Nice to Have
Experience with FDA inspections, regulatory audits, and compliance investigations, Understanding of sterile manufacturing environments and cleanroom operations, Background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies., Experience leading organizational change management initiatives
