What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience, 3+ years of experience in a program management, product, or technical leadership role, track record of cross-functional execution, Comfort working in a startup-style environment
Nice to Have
Familiarity with industrial equipment or condition monitoring is a plus, Multi-sensor integration or data science experience is a bonus, Offline or Online Motor Testing, Vibration Category I, and MLA/MLT 1
What You'll Do.
Own the electrical monitoring program end to end
Drive hardware and software roadmap decisions
Ensure software and hardware come together into a monitoring program that delivers value
Curate the customer experience
Shepherd the electrical monitoring program through its full lifecycle
Own the delivery experience end to end
Get into the field to observe installs and customer experience
Build expertise over time
Make decisions even when lacking complete information
Define program success metrics and track them
Continuously assess program effectiveness and course-correct
Stay current on emerging trends in the space
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work across sales, Condition Monitoring Engineer, Hardware and Software Product Managers, and their engineering teams; Ensure everyone understands their role, has clear OKRs, and is accountable; Partner with marketing to articulate product value; Coordinate with hardware, software, and product teams on emerging ideas; Build and scale the team around the program as needed
Communication Scope
articulate the value of electrical monitoring; move between customer conversation, a marketing brief, and an engineering discussion without losing the thread; Teams know what to do after talking to you
Process & Methodology
program end to end ownership, program lifecycle management, delivery experience, cross-functional execution, OKRs, accountability, metrics definition, performance tracking, course correction
