Full Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager for the External Fulfillment (EF) Planning Team within Amazon Japan's Operations Division. EF handles order processing and shipping operations at fulfillment centers operated by 3PL (third party logistics) or vendors, rather than at Amazon Fulfillment Centers. These centers primarily handle large items, heavy items, and temperature-controlled products. EF team contributes to the company's growth by expanding this service, offering a wide product selection with remarkably fast delivery speeds, thereby enriching our customers' shopping experience. This position will be responsible for managing network capacity based on medium demand forecasts and executing the launch of new logistics centers to support business growth.
