Labcorp is seeking a Program Manager, Digital Trust Enablement. We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Digital Trust Program Management team, supporting the delivery of key initiatives across areas such as security, privacy, compliance, and responsible technology use. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, collaborative, and eager to grow their program management skills while working on complex, cross-functional efforts that help strengthen the organization’s trust posture. **Impact:** In this role, you will play a key part in enabling the successful delivery of programs that enhance how the organization manages security, privacy, and trust, while building a strong foundation for growth into more senior program leadership roles. **Work Schedule:** This is a full‑time, exempt (salaried) position assigned to a First Shift schedule, with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in your local time zone. Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours, including earlier, later, or additional hours, with reasonable notice provided when possible. Applicants who live within 35 miles of either the Burlington, NC or Durham, NC location will follow a hybrid schedule. This schedule includes a minimum of three in-office days per week at an assigned location, either Burlington or Durham, supporting both collaboration and flexibility. **Job Responsibilities:** **Program Execution** * Support the planning and execution of Digital Trust initiatives, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met. * Maintain program plans, track dependencies, and monitor progress against goals. * Identify risks and issues, escalating as appropriate and contributing to mitigation plans. **Coordination & Stakeholder Support** * Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, legal, risk, compliance, and product. * Help coordinate activities across multiple workstreams to ensure alignment. * Prepare materia
