Must Have
Bachelors degree with 5+ years of relevant work experience, Proven experience as a Program or Portfolio Manager in cross-functional teams, Support large organizational transformations with the use of AI tooling to support optimization in work habits, Skilled at balancing discovery and delivery with clarity and adaptability, Experience defining program outcomes and measuring value realization, Comfortable with dual-track Agile, Lean Startup principles, and rapid validation, Track record of problem-solving and overcoming roadblocks in complex environments with a hands-on "get things done" mindset, communicator and able to align diverse stakeholders including executive audiences, Discipline in delivery, ownership of outcomes and painting a vision to teams to set north star metrics on, Cross-functional leadership and influencing skills with the ability to think strategically and partner across business and technology teams, Analytical and data-driven; comfortable using metrics to guide product decisions
